Berry Yummy: Early Morning Smoothie Time!

Hey guys! I wanted to start off the first Berry Yummy with one of my favorites, A  chocolate banana smoothie packed with good stuff for your body. So let's get started...


2 Cups of ice
1 Cup of water or Silk Pure Almond® Dark Chocolate
1 TB of raw Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs
1 Date (Other options: 1 TB of honey or agave nectar)
1 Large Banana
2 TB of Peanut butter or Almond butter if you are allergic to peanuts

Let's Mix it up!

Start with putting the ice in the blender with other solid ingredients such as; the banana, peanut butter, date,
Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs and DE. Continue with adding the cup of water or Silk Pure Almond® Dark Chocolate and put on the lid to begin blending your yummy. I add the ice first so the banana and peanut/almond butter will hold it down when I put in the liquid ingredients, you don't have to add the items in order because this is just the way I like to do it.

After the ingredients blend for about 1-3 minutes pour into a cup or mason jar, I like to drink it from a mason jar because I'm from the south and I love the way it looks, but either way its the same smoothie!
