Everyone Can Be Healthy!

♥You just have to work for it ♥

Through out the years I have always struggled with keeping a average weight, some days I would be 10 pound over weight or 5 pounds under weight. I hated looking fat one day in the mirror and looking like I starved my self weeks later! After testing a billion different ways to stay healthy (not skinny because that isn't the best for every body type!) I finally found a way that should work with for every female out there! 

  1. Choose a work out that you love doing and remember to switch it up!
  2. Eat your veggies! And no potatoes isn't in the vegetable category!
  3. Love yourself no matter what size you are and remember your goal is to get healthy not skinny!! Skinniness will come naturally if you are healthy.
  4. Weigh yourself once every two weeks. Stepping on the scale everyday will make it look like you aren't making progress, but you go need to see how far you come.
  5. Join a group with real girls (not celebrities or people online) who are also trying to lose weight. You will get engorgement and notice every one's progress so it will motivate you to keep going.
  6. Learn to relax more and spend extra time getting your beauty rest. Stress and lack of sleep makes it harder to lose weight.
  7. Eat at home! Not only will you save money but you will also know every ingredient that goes into your food.
  8. Don't obsess over calories! Believe it or not healthy calories are a good for you! Eating a bunch of apples with a lot of calories is better then eating that doughnut. 
  9. Go for walks or ride a bike. You need fresh air everyday and sunlight for at least 15 minutes. Don't forget SPF! Wrinkles aren't sexy...
  10. Work out during commercial breaks when watching TV. This will keep your body active and not get use to being a couch potato .
