Berry Quick: The Yoga Solution

In the video she goes through every step in under 4 minutes but when I do the yoga stretches I like to stay in each position for at least 2 minutes to help my body feel really relaxed. Remember the thing about yoga, you can either speed it up or slow it down to make an original work out experience so this warm up is perfect if your a beginner because its so simple!

Whats your favorite Yoga position? Mines is downward facing dog!
